Domaine Thomas Batardière's Les Noëls de Montbenault is a vibrant tribute to the prestigious terroir of Rablay-sur-Layon. This Chenin Blanc is grown on three hectares of vines rooted in soils composed of igneous and volcanic rocks, notably spilite and rhyolite. This unique composition gives the wine a remarkable minerality, the signature of this exceptional place, magnified by the influence of Richard Leroy.

Vinification is carried out naturally, with indigenous yeasts and no added oenological products. This approach guarantees a pure expression of fruit and terroir. After fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine is aged for eight to ten months in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and tension, then matured for a further four months in oak barrels, bringing complexity and elegance.

This rare wine seduces with its aromatic richness and depth. On the nose, it exudes notes of ripe white fruit, delicate flowers and a touch of honey, sublimated by a striking mineral framework. On the palate, it offers remarkable power, fleshy texture and enveloping amplitude, underpinned by beautiful tension. Its impressive length makes it an unforgettable sensory experience.
