This Grand Cru vineyard is located along the Bâtards-Montrachet, more precisely, it starts from the "Vide Bourse" climate and goes up to the emblematic "Montrachet". The vines are "young", on average 30 years old, and have been planted on poor, stony soil that requires little tilling as it is self-sufficient.
The estate produced 660 bottles and 48 magnums in the 2023 vintage
The Coffinet-Duvernay wines are vinified in a very traditional way, but with a "modern" concentration. The wines are wonderfully generous, fresh, lively and have great ageing potential. The domain's motto is to intervene as little as possible and to let the wine make itself, which is why malolactic fermentation is not prevented, and brings its fatness and opulence to this wine.

Even if it can be enjoyed in its youth, we advise you to keep this grand cru in your cellar for at least 5 years before drinking it so that it can release its full potential.
A great discovery to be tasted very quickly!
