Absinthe Sauvage – Ceutrons pays tribute to the Celtic people of the Alps, the Ceutrons, by capturing the botanical soul of the Vanoise Massif. This cuvée by Stéphane Meyer, creator of Druid of Paris, is a pure concentrate of alpine botanicals, distilled in an extremely limited edition of 600 numbered bottles, each accompanied by its certificate of origin.
Made from wild plants hand-picked in the unspoilt heights of the Vanoise, this absinthe powerfully expresses the intensity and complexity of its mountain terroir. On the palate, it reveals a beautiful aniseed freshness, notes of wild mint and alpine flowers, and a long, herbaceous finish that is both vibrant and structured.
