Born from the union of Burgundy terroir and master craftsmanship, Gin Sauvage – Bourgogne – Mandubii by Druid of Paris is an artisanal gem created by Stéphane Meyer. This exceptional gin pays homage to the Mandubians, the historic Celtic people of Burgundy, through the careful distillation of local wild plants: juniper, Roman chamomile, lime blossom, blackcurrant leaves, bramble, fennel, among others.
Each ingredient is harvested by hand and slowly distilled in small batches to express the full aromatic purity of the plant. The palate is lively, dry and intense, with great precision in the aromas. There are floral, aniseed and slightly lemony notes, and a lingering elegance typical of great vintages.
Only 1,600 numbered bottles of this gin are produced, each delivered with a certificate of origin, making it a rare, exclusive and collectible spirit. To be enjoyed neat or in a refined cocktail, it embodies the botanical richness of Burgundy in a resolutely modern and sophisticated style.
The Druid of Paris is an artisanal and confidential project launched by Stéphane Meyer, a spirits alchemist.
