L’Absinthe Sauvage – Séquanes is an exceptional creation by Stéphane Meyer, founder of the Druids of Paris project. Inspired by the Celtic people of the Sequani, this cuvée draws its strength and complexity from the heights of the Jura Mountains, a wild and mysterious territory. It is made from plants picked by hand in their natural environment and carefully distilled to express their full aromatic richness.
Only 600 bottles of this rare spirit have been produced, all numbered and delivered with their certificate of origin, proof of its authenticity and traceability. On the palate, this absinthe reveals a herbaceous power, intense freshness and lingering notes of wormwood, green anise and wild mint, carried by a full-bodied and structured texture.
