Produced using traditional methods from Chardonnay and a blend of Aligoté, Pinot Noir and Gamay, the Crémant de Bourgogne from the Thomas Collardot estate reflects all the expertise of this Puligny-Montrachet winemaker. This sparkling wine, with its fine, regular bubbles, seduces with its precision, freshness and clean aromatic profile.
On the nose, it reveals notes of fresh citrus, green apple and white flowers, punctuated by subtle brioche aromas from its ageing on slats. On the palate, the attack is lively, the texture delicate, and the salty finish brings a beautiful persistence. The balance between mineral tension and fruity roundness makes this a Crémant with character, perfectly in keeping with the Burgundian spirit.

The Thomas-Collardot estate organically cultivates 2.5 hectares of vines in the Puligny Montrachet appellation. They produce 12 exceptional cuvées in very limited quantities.
