This Puligny-Montrachet 1er cru Folatières is one of the most beautiful crus of the village, it produces ample and elegant wines representative of the wines of Puligny. The appellation is located just above the famous plot of “Clavaillon”
The vines are cultivated in a biodynamic way (not certified) and are harvested by hand. After pressing in whole bunches, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 11 months (30% of which is new). On tasting, the nose is complex. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and powerful but retains a fresh and delicious finish.
