Description

This Charmes-Chambertin from the Pierre Amiots et Fils estate is a pretty grand cru. This plot of 15 ares is located below Chambertin. It is made up of vines over 50 years old. The estate produces around 750 bottles of this nectar per year. Since 2012, to complete the production, some grapes have been purchased to obtain a volume that is easier to vinify.

From cultivation to vinification, each step is reasoned in order to produce wines that reflect the typicality of the terroir. On the nose, this red wine exudes aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant and cherry. As for the palate, the wine is very elegant, powerful and complex with silky tannins and exceptional length.

We advise you to keep this wine in the cellar between 5 and 10 years so that it expresses its full potential.
