This bottle of Côteaux Bourguignons "Le Pierrot" is a cuvée made in memory of Pierre Thomas, Jacqueline Collardot's father. The Gamays that make up this cuvée are located in the area known as "La corvée aux moines", just below the "Puligny-Montrachet" appellation, where 16a34 vines were planted in the 1950s. The Pinot Noir grapes come from the "Les petits Poiriers" climat.
