Théo Dancer's Gringet Alpestre perfectly illustrates the winemaker's sensitive and natural approach through a little-known grape variety from Savoie. Produced from vines located at high altitude, on alpine terroirs with predominantly limestone soils, this white wine accurately expresses the freshness and purity of Gringet.
