Due to its location and its terroir, the vines have a late maturity which leads to limited yields. They are grown organically and biodynamically like all the estate's vines. On tasting, the nose is complex and concentrated. This white wine reveals aromas of white flowers and white fruits. On the palate, = we find the same aromatic bouquet, with a beautiful minerality and great smoothness.
For the 2019 vintage, this nugget was only produced in 2566 bottles and 81 magnums. We advise you to taste it in its first ten years.
