Description

The Coffinet-Duvernay wines are vinified in a very traditional way, but with a "modern" concentration. The wines are wonderfully generous, fresh, lively and have great ageing potential. The domain's motto is to intervene as little as possible and to let the wine make itself, which is why malolactic fermentation is not prevented, and brings its fatness and opulence to this wine.

This red Chassagne-Montrachet comes from a brand new cuvée produced by the estate for the first time in 2021. It is a blend of Pinot Noir grapes from several parcels of vines in the lower part of the village of Chassagne-Montrachet.

Even if it can be enjoyed in its youth, we advise you to keep this bottle in your cellar for at least 3 years before tasting it so that it releases its full potential.
