Description

This Italian red wine comes from the steep cliffs of Mount Enna in Sicily and is produced by a very promising young talent, Nicolo Grippaldi. Dei Pinti is made from 50% Nerollo Mascalese and 50% Nero d'Avola.

On tasting, the wine opens beautifully with notes of morello cherries, pits and raspberries. Medium to full-bodied, with fine, taut tannins. Well-structured and fragrant on the palate, with floral and mineral complexity.

A fine wine that reflects both the Sicilian terroir and Niccolo Grippaldi's personality. We recommend aging this bottle in your cellar for 5 years to allow it to express its full potential.

Only 1944 bottles and 20 Magnums were produced.
