The deep, fertile soil allows the roots to draw out a minerality that is present in every sip of this refined wine.
On the nose, this Beaune reveals subtle floral notes that open up gradually, while on the palate it expresses great complexity with spicy aromas and remarkable depth. The silky texture of its tannins and its minerality give this wine a balanced structure, promising good ageing potential over the next five years. With time, this Beaune will mature and reveal even richer nuances, making it a wine to enjoy now or to keep for exceptional moments.
