Cuvée 743 Dégorgement Tardif by Champagne Jacquesson is an exceptional cuvée, reflecting the 2015 harvest, characterised by a hot, dry summer that led to a splendid harvest. Most of the grapes come from the Grande Vallée de la Marne (Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers, Champillon) (60%) and the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Oiry) (40%).
Vinification is carried out in tuns on the lees, without filtering or fining, using an approach that respects the soil and the plant. The wine aged for 89 months on its lees before a late disgorgement in March 2024, with no dosage added (0 g/l), offering remarkable purity and minerality. This Champagne reveals a complex aromatic palette, combining notes of ripe fruit, white flowers and hints of pastry, underpinned by freshness and mineral tension on the palate.
