The nose is marked by intense aromas of ripe red fruit, such as blackcurrant and cherry, enhanced by floral nuances of violet and hints of spice and undergrowth. Domaine Saint-Jacques
Domaine Saint-Jacques, located in Rully in Burgundy, is a 9.5 hectare family estate. Founded in 1955 by Christophe-Amédée Grandmougin, it has been run by his son, Christophe-Jean, since 1991. The estate produces top-quality Burgundy wines, including Rully 1er Cru Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, as well as Bourgogne Aligoté. The 13thᵉ century Romanesque cellars and the 18thᵉ century winery bear witness to its rich heritage.
